Salaries in the IT industry. How much do programmers earn, and how much technical support?

The growing demand for employees from the IT industry increases wages in this sector. The highest paid are those employed in the area of ​​software development, analysts from the recruiting company Antal estimate that the increase in salaries among people with professional experience between 1-5 years would reach a level of 50% in this area. 

- The amount of remuneration in the IT industry is in direct correlation with the level of experience and specialization, which is currently in greatest demand. The salaries of effective programmers dealing with the most sought-after technologies and those earning much less testers are growing the fastest, but the demand for them is steadily rising. The form of cooperation is also important. Specialists working on B2B contracts earn an average of 20 percent. more than their colleagues associated with the client's employment contract - explains Aleksandra Kujawa, from Antal IT services.
